Refund And Returns Policy

Our return and refund policy has a 15-day duration. If 15 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to provide a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and remain in its original, unopened packaging.

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, which can be the courier consignment label attached to your package. Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations, such as:

  • Books with noticeable signs of use
  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error
  • Items returned more than 15 days after delivery

Refund Process:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the applicable amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within a specified time-frame.

Delayed or Missing Refunds:

If you have not received your refund, please double-check your bank account. Refunds may take some time to be posted. If the refund is still not reflected, we recommend contacting your bank.

Sale Items:

Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

Gifts:

If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the return’s value. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.

If the item was not designated as a gift at the time of purchase or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves for later delivery to you, a refund will be issued to the gift giver, and they will be informed of the return.

Return Shipping:

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping expenses will be deducted from your refund amount.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
